Overview
The PLC control cabinet seamlessly integrates PLC, an industrial tablet computer, and electrical control circuits. This device, with a compact structure and stable operation, caters to specific control needs. Users can configure it for single-cabinet automatic control or establish a distributed control system (DCS) through industrial Ethernet or fieldbus networks. Versatile across various industrial automation scales, it’s widely applied in power, metallurgy, chemical, papermaking, and environmental wastewater treatment.
The PLC in the cabinet is from Siemens, the industrial tablet is from MCGS, and electrical control circuits use components from Siemens or Schneider.
Featuring a single front door and double rear doors, the cabinet includes voltage meters, current meters, a tablet computer, control buttons, and indicator lights on the front panel. Two galvanized mounting plates house PLC, signal isolators, control relays, and control signal terminals on the front, and circuit breakers, AC contactors, thermal relays, and electrical output terminals on the rear.
Powered by a three-phase five-wire system with 280KW capacity, the cabinet uses a transient voltage absorber for lightning protection.
Functionality includes managing 32 electrical circuits, accommodating 16 channels of 4-20mA analog inputs, 96 channels of digital inputs, 4 channels of 4-20mA analog outputs, and 32 channels of digital outputs.
Operational features include “Auto, Stop, Manual.” “Auto” mode controls circuits based on preset parameters, “Stop” mode halts circuits, and “Manual” mode allows direct initiation.
The industrial tablet, part of the cabinet, acts as a general control computer. Operating on Windows CE, it’s immune to viruses and aids in parameter settings, real-time monitoring, and issuing fault alarms. The LCD screen displays dynamic graphics for equipment status.
For data management, the tablet offers daily reports, database browsing, and control data trend browsing. It also streamlines operations with automatic startup and shutdown, eliminating the need for personnel on duty.
With two RS485 and one RJ45 TCP/IP interfaces, the cabinet suits larger control systems. It’s constructed from carbon steel, undergoes anti-oxidation spray treatment, achieving IP56 protection. Dimensions are 2000X900X700, customizable based on customer requirements.
